Handling Complaints
Forax is an agent of LSA Courtage, and it is their advisors or their supervisors in case of difficulty who are authorized to respond to you as soon as possible.
If resolution with your usual contact is not achieved, you can contact the Complaints Department by:

Every effort will be made not to exceed the following deadlines:
- 10 business days from the sending of the complaint to acknowledge receipt, unless we are able to provide you with a response within this period.
- 2 months between the date of sending the complaint and the receipt of the response.
If, due to the complexity of the situation, this two-month period cannot be met, you will be informed.
