If you have a Forax-Enilive tax-free fuel card and you need a pin duplicata, please send an email to  info@forax.com . The pin code will then be sent only in paper to the postal address of your organisation within 4 working days. If you have a Forax-Q8 tax-free fuel card, you can request a pin duplicata by accessing your  Client Login , go to the Fuel cards section and click on the "123" button, a pin duplicate will then be sent by post to the address registered in your Forax customer file.
